Psychological Safety and Resilience for Police Organizations

There is overwhelming evidence that members of police organizations experience severe stress as part of their unique work environment. These stressors can affect many areas of one’s life. You will see the scenario through the eyes of a constable, sergeant, and civilian members. This course was created by Dr. Yasmeen Krameddine and Liana Lentz from the University of Alberta, Department of Psychiatry, along with feedback from 20 local police organization members.
